난 첫 집에서 진짜 고생 많이 했거든. 한겨울에 수도관이 터져서 일주일을 찬물로 버텼어. 그래서 무조건 건물 상태부터 봐. 두 번째 집도 겉만 보고 계약하려다가 벽에 핀 곰팡이를 보고 그만뒀어.

I had a really rough time at my first place. A pipe burst in the dead of winter, and I got by on cold water for a whole week. So I always check the condition of the building first, no matter what. With my second place, I almost signed the lease just going by how it looked, but then I saw mold growing on the wall and backed out.
