자주 묻는 질문
QUESTIONS
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancelling doesn’t cut you off. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the free plan. Your account and payment history stay, so you can come back whenever.
- Do PDFs I already downloaded still work after cancelling?
- Yes. Files on your machine are yours to keep.
- What do I lose when I cancel?
- PDF downloads, the audio, the breakdowns, the drills and the weekly collections lock, and word cards with BRIK go back to one round a day. Buying the K-Connect Map goes back to the regular price, but if you already own it, it stays yours. Every lesson stays readable, and so do the pattern and word pages; the daily draw and your collection stay too.
- Is any of it free?
- Plenty. Every lesson is free to read, and every pattern and word page is free forever. None of it needs an account. The K-Connect Map’s Chapter 1 and levels 2-1, 5-1, 8-1 and 11-1 are free too, with audio.
- Is the K-Connect Map included in the subscription?
- No. The K-Connect Map is a one-time purchase you keep for good: US$15.99, or US$9.99 for subscribers. Before buying, you can play Chapter 1 and levels 2-1, 5-1, 8-1 and 11-1 for free.
