A/V-(으)리라

surely …, I trust it will …

A guess or a conviction the speaker draws from what is in front of them: surely it will be so. It belongs to written Korean, appearing in reports, speeches and formal letters; in speech you would say -(으)ㄹ 것이다. Applied to yourself it reads as resolve: 꼭 해내리라.

It is written Korean, so saying it out loud in a meeting sounds like reading from a script. In speech -(으)ㄹ 겁니다 carries the same meaning; save -(으)리라 for written reports and addresses.
